Everyone's nervous system is different, based largely on our past experiences, The Connect to calm vagus nerve regulation program is tailored to your individual needs, consisting of six (6) 30 minute sessions to safely co-regulate with me (Michelle) as your live facilitator.

A key goal of this program is to provide you with the resources and support you need to self-regulate in daily life by meeting your system and providing it with what it needs, helping you to better navigate life's challenges and opportunities.

Sessions are available in person at Esolab or online worldwide.
